Farewell Mrs Steel

Today was Mrs Steel's last day. We had a shared lunch to say goodbye. We will miss you!!!!

Today we used the Colar Mix app to make our Pukeko's come alive! We coloured in a picture of a Pukeko and when we put the screen over it, it animated our picture and started moving. We put our hands under the screen to make it look like the Pukeko was walking on our hands.

Wrap Free Wednesday

Today is wrap free Wednesday. Room 11 had 5/18 wrap free lunches. That is 28% of our class today. We had 41 wraps altogether. We achieved our goal of having more wrap free children. Our next goal is to have less wrappers!

Writer of the week!!

Troy is our writer of the week. Our goal was to describe the outdoors using our different senses. Troy used lots of description.
